I have a fondness for Westerns. I have a fondness for Doctor Who. What could be better? This story had somewhat bewitched me from the beginning. I love a pre-titles sequence without the Doctor in it, and I love to see the Doctor wander into a horrible situation in full

After being burned a few times before, watching an episode written by Chris Chibnail which turns out to be “kind of entertaining” is rather relieving. Of course, I’d rather Doctor Who was aiming for more than “kind of entertaining”, especially in a year where I’ll only be getting
