This started off as an email I kept sending to people and then updating every time. Instead, I’ll try to keep this updated.
General Apps
- Instacast (podcasts, far better than syncing from iTunes)
- Consume (usage monitor)
- Calcbot / Soulver – two calculators I can’t decide between
- Simplenote (note syncing with a website and also other devices)
- The Age Good Food Guide
- Articles (good Wikipedia app but on a budget you could just use their free one, or just the web)
- Pocket Weather AU (weather app that gets data from the BOM and therefore kicks the default app’s arse)
